Some units operate joining lists which is why we request the date of birth of your child, this is used if they would be unable to join a unit appropriate for their current age. Your details may be passed on to other members of Girlguiding Hampshire West in order to determine which unit is most suitable for you or your daughter however we do not make these available to any third-party and they are used specifically for locating the most appropriate unit for you or your daughter. If you have any concerns regarding the use or misuse of your information please address them directly to the County Commissioner.
